Designing Beneath the Surface

I am a human-centered systems architect whose practice begins with listening, bringing identity and inquiry to light in order to shape systems and experiences that nurture belonging and resilience over time.

About the Work

This work unfolds as a living practice shaped over time through listening, reflection, and close attention to people and place. It begins beneath the surface, where thoughtful design and strategy are grounded in purpose and guided by lived experience.

Through writing, practice, and teaching, I explore how identity, relationships, and lived experiences influence the systems we chare. The focus is on creating clarity and alignment so systems and experiences can support belonging, resilience, and meaningful outcomes.
