How Place and Conditions Shape Behavior
This course explores how environments influence behavior, decisions, and relationships, often without notice.

Listening→
Understanding Others Through Lived Experiences
Only after self and environments are understood does listening deepen.

- Attending to lived experience
- Recognizing difference without projection
- Learning from people within their own context
This course reframes listening as a relational and design practice.
Sensemaking→
Understanding Systems Before Shaping Them
Here, participants learn to interpret complexity and recognize patterns across, people, place, and structures.

- Holding uncertainity without rushing to resolve it

Integration→
Carrying the Practice Forward
This final course in this series supports applying the practice responsibly and sustainably across work and life.
