Designing
beneath the
surface.
Thank you for showing up and shining your light into the world. My work explores how food, art, nature, and human connection can help us create more resilient communities, meaningful systems, and lives rooted in purpose.
A living practice.
Rooted Methodology is an approach to human-centered systems design grounded in awareness, relationship, and regeneration. It asks us to slow down enough to understand what exists beneath the visible surface of systems, communities, and ourselves.
Through food, art, nature, and lived experience, the work becomes less about fixing problems and more about creating the conditions for meaningful transformation.
Food
Food reveals systems of nourishment, culture, resilience, and access.
Art
Art reveals meaning, identity, imagination, and collective memory.
Nature
Nature reveals cycles, patterns, and the wisdom of regeneration.
